I honestly couldn't be happier with how the cake turned out.  It felt like more a work of art than a cake and definitely tasted as good as it looked!
I have to admit, my favourite part was the looks on peoples faces as we walked into the restaurant when they realised it was actually a cake.

Too beautiful to eat. We have to ration ourselves to one each per day. The chocolate base is not sweet, the icing has a hint of lemon zest and this is the first time we have gold crosses on our cookies. Thank you for a very special treat.

I could not recommend this highly talented lady enough. Just recently,  Caroline made a wonderful cake for my daughters 7th birthday party.  The other parents at the party were all amazed at how many bowling features she could incorporate into one cake.  Her name was spelt out on bowling pin biscuits of different flavours and the cake included all Emma's favourite colours (which she thought was amazing). This was the cake she dreamed of.   When we reluctantly cut the cake ( it was just too perfect to cut!!!)  it tasted absolutely gorgeous.  Thank you Caroline for the magic you do!

I asked Caroline if she could make a birthday cake for my daughter, who is a keen hockey player. A very Big thank you for the cake.  It looked amazing and tasted even better.  So many people were asking about it.  The Jaffa and the chocolate were just the best taste.  Have attached a pic with it at the party.  Thankfully we got it to the party in one piece.  :)
