I only use fresh ingredients & my own cake & cookie recipes & never cake mix. With a background in floristry & painting I have found it easy to combine & apply these creative elements to cake design. A cake HAS to be as delicious as it is beautiful... simple as that. A friend once told me that my kids were lucky to have a mum that presented them with delicious art to eat. Caroline
