Delivery
At the moment, I deliver in the Redlands area & some surrounding suburbs. See table below. However, I do have a pick up service for Brisbane residents in & outside of the delivery area. I also have a drop-in service for customers wishing to stop by & purchase from what's in stock. Please call Caroline on 0415 122 369 or e-mail your pick up order to info@sweetz.net.au or e-mail or call to arrange a time to drop in. Drop-in is strictly by appointment only.
Orders must be placed by close of business the previous day for next day delivery. Please call or e-mail to enquire about the possibility of same day delivery.
Delivery charges are per item, however, delivery charges will be reduced for large orders delivered to the same location. Please call 0415 122 369 to discuss these charges at the time of placing your order. Delivery is available Monday to Friday. During busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter & Christmas please place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment. If the recipient is not home when the courier calls to deliver & cannot be contacted then a calling card will be left on the recipient's door or in their letterbox requesting they call Sweetz to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. You will be charged a re-delivery fee & you will be notified of the additional fee prior to re-delivery. This will need to be paid prior to re-delivery.

* for delivery to the Islands in the Redlands (Stradbroke Is, Russell Is, MacLeay Is) Sweetz will deliver to the ferry terminal only. The customer will be responsible for arrangements to deliver from the ferry terminal to the Island.

Product Loss or Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that a gift becomes damaged whilst in transit, please contact me immediately on 0415 122 369 or e-mail info@sweetz.net.au
The damaged product must be returned to the courier for return to me upon delivery of the replacement.
Sweetz will not be responsible for any damage or loss to a product that has been left unattended due to any or all of the following:
